STRENGTH, SPEED, AGILITY,  AND CONDITIONING

Being in top physical shape is of upmost importance to maximize your volleyball potential.  The volleyball program strongly encourages their athletes to make a full commitment in this area.   Your jumping ability, strength, agility, flexibility, quickness, speed and core strength have a direct relationship to your performance on the court as well as your ability to stay healthy throughout the season.  There are a number of options within the metro area to engage in this process.
