East Ridge High School Shooting Sports Team 2024 Spring Season:
2024 Registration Information:
Registration for the 2024 Spring Season will begin February 8th and Close March 25th. The team will be offering a choice of Trap and/or Sporting Clays to student-athletes. The Trap team is open to all 8-12 graders. Sporting Clays is open to students in grades 9-12 that have completed at least one Spring season of Trap with the team. All 8th-grade students must register for Trap only.
The team fee for Trap is $280 (paid to the Booster Club) plus $40 (paid directly to the league during the league registration process). The team fee for Sporting Clays is $225 plus $40 (paid directly to the league). If you plan to participate in both Trap and Sporting Clays, you will need to register and pay the fees for both.
New to the Trap team? Please know that you can register but you must have your DNR Firearm Safety Certificate completed to participate in the league. This is a league & team requirement!!!
Please Note: Available Shooting Times for Trap are Saturday mornings between 9:00 am and 12 pm OR Tuesdays between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm at the Oakdale Gun Club in Lake Elmo. Sporting Clays will shoot at Game Unlimited in Hudson, WI on Sundays. Times to be determined.
Registration:
Our registration is a 3-step process. We do not use any part of the East Ridge High School registration system.
STEP ONE: Team Notification
All Participants:
Send an email to erhstrapshootingteam@gmail.com with the following information:
For Returning Shooters: Student's name, any updates to their contact information, and if they plan to shoot TRAP, SPORTING, or BOTH!!! Once you complete this step, you will get an email from the MSHSCTL League with further details to complete the process. If you do not receive the league email, log into your league account and it should walk you through the process. Follow this link to Log into your League account https://www.claytargetscoring.com/ams/
For New Shooters: Student’s full name, parent or guardian(s) name and email address, phone number, and a separate email address for the student if available. Once you complete this step, you will get an email from Coach Radecki with detailed information on how to begin the League Registration process.
STEP TWO: COMPLETE LEAGUE REGISTRATION ONLINE
Returning Shooters: As stated in Step One, once you send an email with the requested information. Coach Radecki will add the student's name to our League Roster. Once this is done, you should receive an email from the league with instructions on how to complete the registration. If you do not receive this email, try logging into your MSHCTL account at https://www.claytargetscoring.com/ams/. You should be able to complete the registration process.
If you plan to join the Sporting Clay team. Once you have notified the team, you will be able to register for both the Trap and Sporting Clay leagues at the same time.

PLEASE NOTE: Your league registration is not complete until you have paid your $40 registration fee and received an email from the league confirming registration!! If you plan on shooting both trap and sporting clays. You will need to complete the registration for both leagues and pay the league fee twice!
NEW SHOOTERS: Once you have completed step one, you should receive an email from Coach Radecki detailing the League Registration process. You can also get started by creating your account with the League. Go to the following Web address: https://www.claytargetscoring.com/ams/. You will see an area to enter our Team ID. Enter eae776 and click Create an Account. The league will guide you through the rest of the process. Once this step is completed. I will be able to add you to our Team Roster. Then you will receive an email from the league with instructions to complete the registration process.

Registration must be completed by Noon on March 25th or you will not be allowed to participate in the Spring 2024 Season. There are no exceptions to this rule. This is Enforced By the MSHSCT League
STEP THREE: Team Fee Payment
Pay your Team Fee to the Team Booster Club in one of three ways;
1)Mail a check payable to “East Ridge Shooting Sports Team” to :

2) Pay through Paypal by sending a request for an invoice to our Treasurer at erhsshootingsportstreasurer@gmail.com. Please note that a PayPal processing fee (around 3%) will be applied.
3) Pay by check in person.
Please Note: Team Fees must be received before your child will be able to participate.
