Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays  starting Wednesday September 7th.  5:00-6:30 pm.
Chippewa Park (near Royal Oaks Elementary school)

Game times Saturdays starting at 8:30 am.

For those who want to learn more about Ultimate and how to play fall league is the perfect time! This is a short season running from September 10th to October 29th. Its a co-ed team and a great opportunity to learn about the sport and meet new people.

Location:

Games will be played at either West Minnehaha Recreation Center in St. Paul or Lake Nokomis Park in Minneapolis.

• West Minnehaha Rec Center: 685 W Minnehaha Ave, St Paul, MN 55104
• Lake Nokomis Park: 2401 E Minnehaha Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55417

Schedule:

Games start at 8:30am on Saturdays and have approximately 90 minute rounds, as many as are required. Last year we had one round in the afternoon.
