The ERHS Softball program would like to invite all our families (past, present, future) and all our awesome fans to join us for our first ever Golf & Taco Extravaganza. We took the feedback we received from last year's Spaghetti Feed Fundraiser and made some fun changes. This year we decided to make this fundraising event more of an experience.  We switched to an entertainment venue, added an optional golf tournament, all-you-can-eat buffet style food with soft drinks included, more fun events and activities, and a more entertaining experience. 

What: An awesome event filled with fun games, great giveaways, excellent food, meat raffle, silent auction, and an optional 9 hole golf simulator tournament! (see flyer below more info)

When: Sunday, May 5th from 4-7pm

Where: Birdi Golf - 1750 Weir Drive, Woodbury

Another fun change is we have switched to an online pre-registration and payment platform. Registration will close on May 1st @ 12N so register as soon as possible. We need numbers for the venue to order food. 

A few registration notes:

• We are asking all of our players to get at least 10 people to join us for this awesome event.  When registering, or getting others to register, please make sure to include the name of the player you are connected to.  We want them to get credit.  :) 
• The golf tournament is limited to 36 golfers (18 teams).  Please make sure you register early to ensure you get a spot.  All "Golf Packages" must register separately.  Please indicate on your registration who your golf partner is if you have one.
• The registration website is somewhat limited in its capabilities. Adult Party Pass & Student/Kids Party Pass registrations must be done separately. You can register up to 4 of each ticket type on one transaction. This means you'll have to register under separate transactions if you have adults and kids in your party. If you have any issues or questions please let us know. We apologize for the extra step.

Other event related notes:

• We are still looking for Silent Auction donations. No item is too small.  If you would like to donate please contact Tracy Hrouda (tracyhrouda1@gmail.com) She will literally take anything.
• We are looking for volunteers to help plan and execute the event.  Again, please contact Tracy if you're interested in helping out. It's a lot of fun!
• This event is open to everyone.  Please invite and share this link (birdigolf.com/eastridge-softball) with anyone you think would like to come have some fun with us. Let them know they need to register ASAP.
• The simulated golf tournament will be a blast for any skill level. If you're a golfer or not, find yourself a partner and register ASAP as spots will fill fast.  Birdi does have golf clubs available to use. You do not have to have a partner to register. Singles will be paired prior to the event. Over $1,000 in cash and prizes to be won.*
• For those who have never been, Birdi Golf is an awesome venue. Fun atmosphere with high quality food. They will provide the perfect culinary feast to celebrate Cinco De Mayo. Come hungry because you won't leave disappointed. Birdi Golf also offers a full service bar. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the Party Pass but will be available for purchase.
• The event is 3 hours long.  Stay the whole time or just swing in for a quick bite. Totally up to you!
• Current rostered players do not need to register or pay for this event.
