Message from Coach Colvard
'I recommend athletes begin with Level 1 and complete one bodyweight circuit sheet per day for 3-4 days a week, then move to Level 2 the following week and so on. The core circuits can be done in place of a bodyweight circuit or combined with a bodyweight circuit. If combined, athletes should complete the core circuit after the bodyweight circuit and skip over repeated exercises if there are any that were already done in the bodyweight circuit.'
